This week on the Overcomer’s Podcast we are talking with Mike Boyle. He is a Fitness enthusiast. If you care about working out correctly this is the man that you wanna listen to. Mike Boyle has been the Strength and conditioning coach for Boston University, the Boston Bruins, the Boston Red Sox, the year that they won the world series for 2013.

Mike talks about his strategies and different styles in physical coaching and how he changes anything that he already is doing when his research gives better results. People sometimes are critical to this because they think that he keeps on changing things. But he said that he has the right to acknowledge that there are people who are better and smarter than him, and if those strategies can make a better and different impact then he’ll learn to adapt and copy it without hesitation.

In his career he struggled with impostor syndrome because he thinks that there are a lot of coaches who are better than him and what if his clients will realize that he is not a good coach. But nevertheless he overcame that and became the best version of himself. He attended different seminars, read books and other things that could help him serve his clients better.

He wanted to be remembered as a good father to his children, a good husband to his wife, a good boss. He doesn’t want to have a legacy of being a smart one but doesn’t have a good relationship with the people around him.
