Life is a journey meant to be savored, allowing me to evolve into the best version of myself. As I set goals for this year, I sometimes find myself unsure of how to achieve them. At times, I even question what I truly desire in life. It’s completely normal to face challenging situations and grapple with difficult decisions, and that’s precisely why I believe life coaching holds immense significance.

In my journey, I’ve always strived to encompass mind, body, and spirit. Recently, I felt a deep desire to elevate my mindset, prompting me to turn to life coaching. During this exploration, I came across Todd Durkin’s 10 forms of wealth – a transformative concept designed to nurture various aspects of my life.

Todd Durkin’s 10 forms of wealth invite me to introspect:

How is your inner self? 

  • Spiritual self; the higher self 

Mindset 

  • How you start your day and how you end it. Starting your day positively, such as writing a gratitude journal, can impact the rest of your day. 

Marinading

  • Your 8 hours sleep (if you sleep 8 hours), make sure you lay down with something positive

Family relationship

  • Mother, Father, Spouse, Children, how are these areas of your life?

Professional

  • How’s your career going?

Financial

  • Do you have financial goals?

Circle of genius?

  • You’re the average of five people you spend the most time with. Who do you spend your time with? You don’t want to be the average of mediocre. 

Adventure

  • When was the last time you planned something exciting in your life? Make you feel more alive?

Love

  • How’s the love of your life? Planning date night with your significant others?

Impact / Legacy

  • What do you want your legacy to be? What are you leaving this world? What do you leave behind after you’re gone?
